Experience Hesperus Arts Theatre camps this summer. This camp was created out of the desire to take the intensive training programs that NBC Camps have provided for basketball, volleyball and soccer and apply them to the fine arts. NBC Camps was created in 1971 on the mission to help campers become stronger athletes and better people. Hesperus Arts International has been created with the mission of elevating talent in the fine arts through the research and proven principles found through years of conducting summer training camps. Not everyone is talented but at Hesperus Arts we believe everyone can become talented through passion, discipline and wisdom. Our camps are not day care they are designed to help advance skill. Hesperus Summer Camps offer intensive training in the fine arts. We want to help you become talented at what you love to do. Talent development is a choice and is built through intentional work and effort. Let our voice, dance & acting instructors, and staff help you become better. MUSICAL THEATRE CAMPSThese camps focus on helping you become a triple threat. We want you to have great voice quality, the ability to act authentically and strong dance ability. Along with all these skills we want you to develop performance authority. This is such a crucial skill to learn even beyond musical theatre and translates to any field especially public speaking and public presentations. This year will offer an overnight camp for teens to have an intensive experience into musical theatre and talent development. To find out dates and more about his program click here. Campers will be housed on the Whitworth Campus Students will eat meals in the gorgeous campus cafeteria and stay in the fully supervised dorms. Closing program will be on the final day of camp. We invite parents to watch the closing program and training on the last day.

Does your son or daughter want to sing more beautifully, dance with great skill, act well and perform with authority? We want to help make big improvements in talent. This camp isn’t about the show at the end of the time but about building the skills to be great for a lifetime. MUSICAL THEATRE CAMPS These camps focus on helping you become a triple threat. We want you to have great voice quality, the ability to act authentically and strong dance ability. Along with all these skills we want you to develop performance authority. This is such a crucial skill to learn even beyond musical theatre and translates to any field especially public speaking and public presentations. This year will offer a day camp for kids to have an intensive experience into musical theatre and talent development. Campers will be utilizing dance rooms, voice rooms and other practice and performance spaces. Camps conducted are based on Christian values and teaching. Campers will be working to set goals, learn techniques to rapidly improve skill and ability. Focus is on: Voice quality—making sure your voice is beautiful, powerful and a great tool for communicating through song. Dance ability—ensuring that you can learn dance patterns quickly and execute steps with skill and precision. Acting authentically—making sure when you act you are compelling and believable. Performance authority—helping you become a performer that mesmerizes the audience.
